Looks like the local June Bugs had a stag party last night and got wasted.
That one poor bug even puked.
How those things can even fly astounds me. Kind of like carpenter and bumblebees. Nature is so amazing.
Oh, they are still alive, in case you were wondering. They'll be gone tonight, taking their party next door, where I hear there's going to be luna moth dancers.
OK, I'm done.

.....Then another bumblebee zoomed in out of nowhere and they had an epic bee fight. ...I kid you not it was kind of awesome.
Haven't seen any junebugs around here just yet, I think we need the mayflies to come in and mob the place, then all die at the same time, then the junebugs can take over.
haha - yeah, the carpenter bees that chew on my garage do that. I swat them with a flyswatter when they're busy fighting. I'm a nasty person.
It is pretty cool to watch.
I hate mayflies. Especially riding the motorcycle near the lake. Ug.
(That's a pretty icon.)
When we had pet rats we used to go catch June bugs from the porch to feed them.
My dog eats them if I don't sweep them away from the door.
Stupid dog.
Oh, that was a good one!
We all have our vices! Mine is chocolate. and butter. and bacon. and steak. I guess, bad food in general.
Awesome backpack.
And those books! I think I have to scan them and post for everyone to see - they are that awesome!
Thanks so much Q.
This site has info and scans of most of the old books. I adore it. http://www.physics.ohio-state.edu/~sstoneb/tf/books/
I also found http://superherouniverse.com/store/transformers/ Some different merch here.
Glad you liked your goods! I'm happy they went to a good home.

I have a couple books that I loved when as a kid (they're practically antiques now!) and looking at them makes me happy.
Great sites, I never saw those. When I have time, I'll go thru and look at all the scans! Thanks.
Unless you are talking about the thump you hear as they hit the side of the house.
