My Walmart Has Pocky - Cool!

Mmm, Pocky.
Amazing that I even knew what it was. I only saw some for the first time this year at Botcon and it was pretty yummy.

I snagged 4 boxes of the strawberry and only have 2 left.

Hi new friends!
I’m sure you are sooo pumped to see what I have to say. Well, brace yourself for 24 hour-a-day excitement boring drivel.

Like this giant puffball update.

I took Samurai Prowl out, as he was interested to see the size for himself. And having him stand on top of the ball gives you a better indication of how large the puffball was. The first picture I posted on 10/6 was unclear because you really couldn’t see the numbers on the ruler.  The ball is turning brown, way past its prime.
I couldn’t get anyone to support me in trying to eat this thing. Me – the world’s pickiest eater was willing to try something new and all I got was discouragement. So I talked myself out of my culinary exploration.

As soon as THIS SLAGGING RAIN STOPS and the ball dries out, I plan on jumping on top of the puffball to release the 400 gazillion spores into the atmosphere. Kind of helping out with a fungus orgasm, if you will. Death with pleasure. Hahaha.

Last week was spent in a paradigm of shopping. Besides new work clothes (Penneys had some tops for $3.00. Yes - $3!!), I scored some great TF stuff at Dollar General, of all stores. Which reminds me, if you don’t already know, Rite Aid Pharmacy is one of the secret stores that usually has TF figures in their toy aisle. Sometimes you can scarf something cool. I once found a Sunstreaker. It made me happy because I already had one opened and now I had a second to put away.

Found a TF kid umbrella at Dollar General, along with these awesome Bee slipper socks. I love slipper socks.

Walmart had these Hot Wheels Lambos, which I want to paint to their proper colors of red and golden yellow. The hobby shop has a coupon this week, so I will run over there one of these days to buy some paint.

And I picked up the Predators DVD. I was slacking and didn’t realize that it was already out. WOOT! Finally a chance to see the other species of Yautja. I’ll watch in slo-mo this weekend. I already made a couple new icons.

And Target surprised me - I found the Leader Class Starscream. Very cool. I really didn’t want to spend that much, but I figured if I didn’t get him, I would never see him again.  This is an impressive figure.

He lights up and says 2 phrases, something derogatory about the Autobots and no one beating Starscream. The voice sounds like TFA Starscream to me.  His mouth opens when you press his button, but I didn't want to post a pic of my fat finger holding the button.
I plan on keeping him in the box, as I already have an opened Voyager class Star.

Lastly, A.J.Wright (A good place to find discounted TF stuff. I bought a Primus there last year.) had a generic set of radio controlled cars. Bee vs. Cade. Camaro vs. Mustang. I may give it to my nephew for Christmas, but…probably not. I’d rather keep them so we can race each other when he comes over. I am so juvenile.   But, that’s what keeps me young.

That's enuf claptrap for now.  I've gotta go read some postings and clean out my inbox.

*must call mother in morning and send to dollar general*

Have her check all the dollar stores - Family Dollar, Dollar General, Everything's a Dollar. They usually have something.
And I'm big on discount stores like Big Lots, AJ Wright, Marshalls, Ollies.
In fact, I check the toy aisle in every store I go into.
Good luck!

that's a great suggestion, but in Ottawa there's just Dollar General A and Dollar General B. anything else requires a trip up to the city, which i won't ask her to do for some socks or toys. those will just have to wait for me to get home and do it myself.

i'm one of those "check every toy aisle ever" people too, though. if there's a Khol's in your area, check them too. once the Christmas push hits, they get some crazy toys in. ^_^

You really cleaned up! Also, CVS usually has coloring books, toys, and seasonal TF stuff.

I'm hoping Leader Class Screamer goes on clearance at some point. Even with his metal vagina, I like him. LOL

Ooh, I forgot about CVS. There isn't one close to me so I really don't shop there.
That was the first I've seen the figure - I wonder if they didn't make very many.

Nice to meet you! Awesome finds you have there!

Personally I like the Yautja's design from the first AvP the best, or that may just be because I'm obsessed with Scar. xD!

Scar is love. I do like his design, although the slimmer Wolf is a dangerously sexy looking dude. Kind of like an old western gunslinger in my mind.
I did notice that this particular captive Pred had hair (or spikes) on his chest. Ewww.
*must go study Pred species and bodies*
