Holy Tintinnabulation Batman!
[What does that word even mean? I have no clue, but I found it hilarious.

Most of you reading this probably weren’t even born in 1966, when Batman was on prime time. I was about 8 years old, and I remember watching it faithfully with my dad every week. Ah, those were the good old days. The Batusi and Julie Numar and Batgirl.
Okay, I know I lost you when I mentioned The Batusi. Look it up on youtube.
Anywho - in the same vein, I can’t decide if this video is funny or pathetic.
Pathetic for Burt Ward, anyway. (Man, I loved the episode where the man eating clam ate him. BWAHAHA!)
Ahem. Back to our regularly scheduled post.]
It’s been so long since I posted anything. Well, I really didn’t have much to say anyway. Just long rants about how I really hate getting up in the morning because I have to take care of ma. I have no energy when I get home, all I do is go on the computer and click my virtual pets. I suppose it is therapy, but….
Sucks to be me.
And it sucks to live anywhere near NYC.
I feel so sorry for all the people along the coast affected by
We were lucky, I heard that only about 460 customers lost power around here.
I’d really like to bitch about the election, but politics is such a touchy subject nowadays.
The country is so divided – half the country wants one way and half the country wants another. Half wants to be left alone and half wants a nanny state.
And, this isn’t a new thing, either. Back in September of 2000, Dr. Walter Williams wrote an essay basically saying that the country really ought to divorce. Meaning, we have two groups that have fallen out of love and the only thing left is to amicably end the relationship and move on, to each his own. There is no middle ground for either.

I believe that the US of A, as we know it, will be extinct in, oh, 50 years.
Well, whoever you support, and even if you think it makes no difference, make sure you get out and vote – because you can.
And, that’s enough serious sh*t for now.
Oh, relating to nature, there is one thing that had me really excited a couple weeks ago. (Even more excited than when the chipmunk sat on my boot when I was hunting. Well, maybe not quite that exciting, but it’s up there.)
This is a pic of the 40 acres across the street from ma’s house.

See that tiny, little white dot? That is a piebald deer. He was a little four-pointer! I have never seen a live one before in my life. Stuffed, sure. But this was ALIVE and hanging around for a week! I am guessing he wandered into the area, I do know that there is a piebald herd living near the

My normal camera with the telephoto lens had no film so I had to make due with my phone camera.
I tried to focus through the binoculars and this blurred shot was the best I could do. No way would I be able to get any closer for a better shot - I would have to put up a blind.
But, you get the idea.

It still makes me squee to think about him.
I haven’t seen him since the hurricane, but bucks roam and rut is in full swing right now. I really hope that no one shot him, it would be awesome if he was able to spread some of his mutant genes into the resident deer herd.
I guess we'll see, eventually.
That's it for now. I am going to bed.
[Crossposted from DW. Apparently, I like to spread my boring Spam all over the Internet. And, I paid for both sites, so I should use them like a mad monkey. Comment at either place, I'm easy.]
