Another Catastrophe

So.
I'm standing in the basement doing some laundry.  I look down, and there's water and bubbles coming out from the bottom of my washer.

OMG!!!!   WHEN WILL THIS MADNESS END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Holy crap, are all my appliances going to break this year?
Makes me want to live in an apartment.
...
well, not really, but there is so much less to worry about.

And, someone - we won't mention any names, Ratchet - peed on the new rug I put down in front of the basement back doors. WTF?  The boxes are clean, what more do you want you stoopid cat?

I'm pretty discouraged right now.

[Crossposted from DW. Apparently, I like to spread my boring Spam all over the Internet. And, I paid for both sites, so I should use them like a mad monkey. Comment at either place, I'm easy.]

NEVER!
Nope, this is "Life" and we are not in heaven! 😳
Ratchet probably misses you and is "getting your attention."
Cats use their urine and feces in awful ways.
They make me NOT want another feline! The males are the worst!
I hope Rachet feels better and is done "punishing" you. He has no idea you've been punished enough without his stinky mess. Sorry about your new rug. I use white vinegar, but there are awesome products out there that break down the protein in urine and stop the smell.
Hope it's just a glitch in your washer and it continues to work ...
Good Luck!

Re: NEVER!
How can he miss me?! He sees me every day, breakfast, lunch and evening. Stoopid cat.
I do wipe the floors and wash stuff in vinegar.
I don't think it's a glitch - I tried another spin and heard some strange noises. Time to call Sears, i think.
