Surgery day for my sister.
I had to be here at Ma's at 6:30am.  *YAWN*
You know when I say Ma's house, I mean where Ma, Barb & Larry live and work, right?  Technically, it belongs to all of them.
Anywho -
I hope all goes well.  The doctor talked to Barb yesterday and told her there was no guarantee that she would see any better, even with this surgery.  She was kind of disheartened, but you takes your chances and hope for the best.

I am playing on the computer for now, until I have to get ma up around 10am.  I'd really like to take a nap, but it's too bright in the living room and I don't like the feel of their bed.  It's too hard.
I shouldn't have watched The Walking Dead on TV last night.  I dreamed of zombies and woke myself up a couple times during the night.  It was an interesting show, but I don't know if I'll watch any more episodes or not.  I'm not a big fan of zombies, and if it gives me bad dreams it's not worth the trouble.  It's weird - usually scary stuff doesn't bother me much.  Maybe it was just the stress of knowing I had to be up so early.

I ran right out to Walmart Tuesday so I could buy the new TF movie.  Yes, I got the one with the little figures.  I'm a sucker for mini-figures.  That's why I like the Heroes of Cybertron and Robot Heroes so much.  Itty-bitty fighting robots. *squee*

I like to try to watch movies at ma's because they have a big, 46-inch TV.   the only thing I don't like is there is no slo-mo for their remote, which I want in order to see the transformation sequences.  But, I can see those at home, I suppose.

But, I watched the special features yesterday, which I always enjoy.  Of note, they showed a tour of Hasbro and how the Chomp & Stomp Grimlock figure was made.

There was a little feature where Peter Cullen talked a bit about voicing OP.  He is such a cutie.  I wish he would come to TFcon one of these years.

Oh, speaking of 'cons - Buffalo Comicon is this Sunday, but I don't know if I'll be able to get there.  I went a couple years ago and picked up a bunch of Predator issues I was missing.  I went through my old TF comics a few weeks ago and I find I am missing a few of them, so if I get there, I may find them.  (I am considering selling a bunch of them, and it would be good to have entire sets.)
It's a really small show held at a Marriott for one day, but the Buffalo News said next year it is expanding to the Bflo Convention Center "to be reborn as a three-day, 6,000-guest affair, with speakers, panel discussions, special guests and more...."
Sounds good to me, and it's only 35 minutes away!

Anyway, I hope to watch parts of the movie today.
Also bought the new Godzilla - we'll see how much time I have in between doing crap stuff.

that is it for now, I'm gonna go feed my pixel dragons.

[Crossposted from DW. Apparently, I like to spread my boring Spam all over the Internet. And, I paid for both sites, so I should use them like a mad monkey. Comment at either place, I'm easy.]
