I don't have any excuse for my not keeping up to date with this.
...
I have reasons. ;)
(My daddy always said, give me reasons, not excuses.)

Time got away from me, somehow, but better late than never. Here are the last pics from my December meme. At least I kept up pretty well in the beginning.

The garage at mom's house, at night.
It just looked neat, to me.

I was going to my truck at night, and a frozen puddle on the driveway had scratches that reflected in the light. I thought it looked like a heart.

This bush by the barn just looked so sparkly in the sun.

A picture postcard of my house with the snow we got a couple weeks ago.

And, last but not least, a promise of the Spring to come. Daffodils in the snow.
We can get snow here, usually up to the end of May. That's why we can't safely plant without hotcaps until June. Although, my mom remembers snow in June, around Father's Day.

And, that's it! Thirty-one days of cold stuff in December. I hope you enjoyed.

[Crossposted from DW. Apparently, I like to spread my boring Spam all over the Internet. And, I paid for both sites, so I should use them like a mad monkey. Comment at either place, I'm easy.]

LOVE all the pics! They make me almost like winter. :-)

Daffs already?! Wow.

Happy 2014 to you, the furkids, and your sis and Mom. Thinking of you all!

Thank you. Although I'm really starting to dislike winter more and more the older I get.
Brrr, cold.

haha, no - the daffodils are from April of 2007. There was an early thaw that lasted long enough to get the bulbs growing. Then, it snowed!

Same happy thoughts sent to you!
