quotes and stuff

At work on Monday, we did the final proofing for the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons, of which my bro-in-law/boss is the editor.
I thought this was an interesting partial quote from a to-be-published article from the Journal -

"...government medicine is not charitable.  It is predicated on theft, where citizens using the IRS as intermediary put a gun to their neighbor's head and force him to pay for another person's medical care."  - Lee D. Hieb, M.D.

On a lighter note, this was on TV the other day and made me laugh -

"I don't care for any man who forces his way into a lady's boudoir and then faints dead away before achieving his purpose."     - The Duchess in The Lay of the Land in It Takes a Thief (1968)

And,
I saw Fall of Cybertron figures at Walmart the other day.  Prime, Jazz and Shockwave.  They looked pretty cool, I think they were about $15 - kind of pricey.
Plus, there were new BotShots - Jazz, Ironhide, Jetfire, Powerglide, Skyquake and a grey Starscream.  I bought Jazz, the car was just too cute.  Four bucks.  I had to use most of my $$ for cat food and litter.

I think that's it for posting tonight.

- Tom Cotter made it through in AGT!!!  WOOT!

[Crossposted from DW. Apparently, I like to spread my boring Spam all over the Internet. And, I paid for both sites, so I should use them like a mad monkey. Comment at either place, I'm easy.]
