Super Moon

My pics of the Super Moon aren't very good. I should have gotten out earlier when it was just rising, but I forgot about it until I saw the 10pm news.
By then, it was already pretty high in the sky.

Very dark with a hint of spooky trees.

Photobucket

Boring, boring. So then, I decided to experiment with some of the special effects on my phone.
First off, black and white. I have no clue why there is green in the pic. When the pic is larger, it looks like a big, old dinosaur eyeball.

Photobucket

The solarize effect was used for this one. I like it best.

Photobucket

Negative effect.

Photobucket

And, another solarize. Not sure why the trees showed up in this one and not the previous.

Photobucket

Blue tint is purty.

Photobucket

Another blue tint that looks like the sun in the daytime.

Photobucket

And, that's that.

[Crossposted from DW. Apparently, I like to spread my boring Spam all over the Internet. And, I paid for both sites, so I should use them like a mad monkey. Comment at either place, I'm easy.]

It was cloudy down here...So I couldn't see much of it, just that weird orange-ish haze the moon makes when it's cloudy at night.

Bummer.
I was surprised it was so clear up here - usually I miss all the cool, nighttime stuff.

I like the negative one best. Very X-Filesy. :-)

Nice pics! It was super cloudy here and the super moon wasn't very visible. T^T
